I found out today that the training stated in the last entry is going to start on Friday. Whammy! I totally didn't see that coming. I was given a few options and elected the path of least resistance. I am still though to be behind, so I need to catch up.
The main thing is I let the wife know that everything was starting and she seemed a little un-excited. There was another endeavor that was planned in January that she and I had been talking about for some time trying to get details strait. Because of my training starting I am unable to go on that endeavor. I thought this alone would have made her happy. I don't know if she just was lost in though about something else of if she truly was looking forward to me going. I don't know. Either way, I didn't get the response I thought I was going to get. No big deal, it's just one of those things that makes you question.
